I kid you not....this is a great home...wish I could buy it myself! Soooooooo many upgrades....cherry cabinets, staggered tile flooring, wood shutters on every window, slab granite countertops, custom interior paint, iron spindle stair rail, classy closet in master bedroom, classic light fixtures. New buyer gets to finish the modest backyard....this home was made for someone who loves a classy big home, but does not like yard work! This is a short sale with B of A (they are getting the act together:) ) Soft water and R/O system do not covey. Refrigerator, washer and dryer do not convey...don't even ask. :) Thanks!!
